Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

The current international shipping rates are based on parcels weighing up to approximately 500g, including packaging.

As a general guide, this is approximately:

Up to 4 skeins of 100g yarn

The number may vary when 50g skeins or other yarn bases are included

Orders exceeding the listed shipping conditions may require additional shipping charges. I will contact you before shipment if any adjustment is necessary.

Free shipping on orders over ¥14,000 applies to domestic orders within Japan only and does not apply to international orders.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may be applied by the destination country.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

YO!MO! cannot estimate or collect these fees in advance.

Orders are normally shipped within 5 days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and postal conditions.

Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

If you would like your yarn wound into cakes before shipping, please contact me before placing your order.

Wound yarn takes up more space than yarn in skein form and may affect the parcel size and shipping arrangements.

All YO!MO! yarns are dyed by hand in small batches.

Because of the hand-dyeing process, slight variations in color, saturation, and color placement may occur between skeins.

Even when a colorway with the same name is created again, the colors and expression may change depending on the dyeing process and what I want to express at that time.

Because acid is used during the dye-setting process, a slight sour or vinegary smell may occasionally remain when the yarn arrives. This is not a defect and will fade over time.

Each batch is unique.

YO!MO! products are made and stored in a home where a cat lives.

I take care to keep the yarn clean and inspect each item before shipping, but a small amount of cat hair may occasionally be present.

Please take this into consideration if you have a cat allergy or sensitivity.

Cancellations and returns due to customer preference are not accepted.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.

I will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.
